There are no pass outs at Where We Belong Festival at Canons Marsh Amphitheatre. How old do I need to be to attend and will I need ID? You can only enter Where We Belong Festival if you are 18+. We will be operating Challenge 25 Policy, so you will require ID with you to be served at all bars and concessions on site. Can I bring a bag? Yes, you can bring a small bag, this will be searched upon entry (We class small bags as no larger than 35cm x 40cm x 19cm). We do not allow large bags into the event. Can I bring in flags or banners? You can’t bring flags or banners, laser pens are also not permitted. Can we bring suncream with us? Yes, but glass bottles are not permitted. Can we bring perfume / deodorant? Glass bottles and aerosols are banned, roll on deodorant is acceptable. Is there anywhere to charge my phone? Yes, we are planning on providing recharge lockers for mobile phones in 2027 – sign up to our mailing list for priority updates. Is there anywhere I can leave my belongings? We are planning to provide lockers, again you will need to sign up to our mailing list to receive further updates on this, once confirmed. No food, drink or alcohol is permitted into the Festival area. There will be food and drink available to purchase on site.  Free drinking water will be available. Bag-checks will be in place on entry. Can I bring an umbrella into the Festival? Small umbrellas are permitted, but we ask that you please be considerate of other audience members nearby and behind you. Can I bring seating into the Festival? Camping chairs and deckchairs are not permitted into the Festival. Blankets are acceptable, loungers, inflatable seating, gazebos, tables and other structures are NOT permitted. Can I bring a camera into the Festival? The use of small/hand-held cameras for personal use is permitted. Drones or medium-large camera set ups are not permitted at the festival unless you have been granted authorization prior to entry. Is there a Dress Code?   It’s a Festival style event, go wild! Can I Purchase Tickets on the day for Where We Belong Festival at Canons Marsh Amphitheatre We strongly recommend purchasing your tickets in advance, as we expect this event to sell out ahead of the event date. If any tickets remain, we will provide an update during the week of the event via our social media channels as well as by email to those who are subscribed to our mailing list. Can I have a refund or exchange on my tickets for this event? Tickets are non-refundable under any generic circumstances, including illness, travel disruption or a change in decision etc.  Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled or postponed. Is The Event Outside?   This is an outdoor, open-air event. Please check the forecast beforehand to dress appropriately according to the weather. Please come prepared with whatever you need for the day as you cannot leave and re-enter the festival. No refunds will be provided due to unfavorable weather conditions. TRAVEL & PARKING How do I get to the event? Please follow directions for Canons Marsh Amphitheatre, this may also be referred to as Lloyds Amphitheatre on certain navigation systems - Once approaching the event site, please switch off your sat nav and follow directional event signage, event stewards will also be in position to guide you on to site safely.  Where is the nearest car park to Canons Marsh Amphitheatre? There is no on-site event parking for this event. However, there is nearby parking a short walk away from the venue, available at Millenium Square Car Park - operated via Pay & Display. This cannot be pre-booked and is allocated on a first come first serve basis. (Millenium Square Car Park is not related or in association with Where We Belong Festival) We encourage you to use public transport where possible, local taxi firms or uber services, which will take you directly to the main city centre or nearby vicinity for drop off and pick up. The city centre is located a short walk away from Canons Marsh Amphitheatre which is situated on the harborside. Will there be a Coach drop off/pick up point at Canons Marsh Amphitheatre? This is something that we are working on for now and will keep you updated if this becomes available in the future. Will there be a drop-off system on-site? A regulated Drop-off system with a one-way turning circle will be in place outside of Canons Marsh Amphitheatre. Can I leave my vehicle on-site overnight? There are no facilities to leave your vehicle on site after the event ends, all vehicles must depart the venue at the end of the event. Where is the nearest train station to Canons Marsh Amphitheatre? Bristol Temple Meads Railway Station, Station Approach, off Bath Road, Bristol, BS1 6QF  Distance from Canons Marsh Amphitheatre – Approximately 15-minute drive. FOOD & DRINK Will there be Food & Drink available? We have a fully stocked bar offering: Beers, Ciders, Spirits, Cocktails as well as Non-Alcoholic alternatives & Soft Drinks, free drinking water Is also available. We have a wide selection of award-winning festival food vendors for you to choose from. The selection will be available to view nearer to the time of the event. Do you cater for allergies/intolerances? Yes, we cater for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free diets. We still strongly recommend that you check menu’s before purchasing any food.  I have a condition and require medication with me? If you have a medical condition, allergy or dietary requirement that necessitates medication or specific food arrangements, you will be asked to provide appropriate supporting documentation upon entry.  Sufficient Evidence includes the following: - A prescription addressed to you OR - Official medical letter addressed to you by your GP / Consultant OR - Official digital correspondence addressed to you via the NHS App - ALONGSIDE Personal ID to match names addressed on medical proof Any medication or other items requiring approval must be presented in clear, sealed packaging and be authorised by the event organisers before entry. ACCESSIBILITY Who should I contact about accessibility queries For any accessibility related queries or adjustments, please contact custcare@skiddle.com (If your tickets were purchased from Skiddle) Do you have accessibility facilities? The event is situated on hard-standing ground with an accessibility access ramp for entry and exit, alongside accessibility facilities. These facilities include accessibility toilets, accessibility parking, an accessibility viewing platform as well as fast track entry / queue jump. I am registered with accessible needs and/or have a blue badge, is there parking on-site / Is this via Pay or Display or can it be pre-booked? There will be a designated area for blue badge holders within the festival car park, located as close to the event arena entrance as possible. For accessibility parking passes.
